Every engagement at Aayush Kedia & Company is partner-led. The CA who signs your engagement letter is the CA whose name appears on every filing, every report, and every submission.

Engagement Types

We offer two engagement models: recurring retainers for month-on-month statutory compliance (GST, TDS, MCA) and project engagements for bounded deliverables — company incorporation, an audit, or an assessment matter.

PAN-India Reach from Surat

Based in Surat, Gujarat. Most work runs remotely; quarterly in-person reviews are available. Active engagements across Gujarat, Maharashtra, and the NCR. We file for NRI and foreign-owned entities nationally.
